The pillows provided were too small and uncomfortable. Although advertised as complimentary, breakfast was not free and there was confusion surrounding its availability.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. Lastly, we were delighted with our room. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the spa tub was a wonderful indulgence after a long day of exploring.
